Wild Roots Medicine sits on Silver Creek in downtown Silverton, Oregon, a small river town with real charm, good food, and Silver Falls State Park ten minutes up the road. The space is intimate by design: cozy, nature-adjacent, and set up for the kind of work that asks people to actually slow down.
I built Wild Roots because I wanted there to be somewhere people could go when they did not know where to go.
The research has caught up with what many of us have felt for years. Loneliness is a public health crisis. Connection is linked to longer lives, steadier hearts and calmer nervous systems.
This season Wild Roots is growing, and I'm calling in two kinds of people: those who want to heal, and those who feel called to lead healing. There is room for both of you at the creek.
Wild Roots Medicine
A cozy, nature-grounded space on Silver Creek in the heart of downtown Silverton. Available for retreats, workshops, healing events, and small group work. Holds up to 20 people in a circle. Walking distance to food, drink, and a 20 minute drive to Silver Falls State Park, 1 hour from Portland and 20 minutes from Salem.
Ideal for practitioners, facilitators, and circle leaders who want a space that already holds the atmosphere, so you can focus on the work.
We can accommodate up to 10 people with yoga mats, blankets and bolsters or 20 people without mats.

Weekday Rates
Access to the indoor group space, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor areas including the creek. Perfect for weekday workshops, daytime classes, and practitioner trainings.
Rate: $40/hour
**Local recurring renters may be eligible for a reduced hourly rate with a longer commitment. Please reach out to discuss a recurring arrangement.
Weekend Rates
Available Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Full access to the indoor group space, kitchen, two bathrooms, a massage room, a therapy-style room, and outdoor areas including the creek. Ideal for day retreats, day-trip workshops from Portland or Salem, and longer immersive events.
Rate: $40/hour | $250 day rate cap
The day rate cap means you never pay more than $250 for a full weekend day, regardless of hours.
Wild Roots is 20 minutes from Salem and about 50 minutes from Portland. Silverton is genuinely worth the drive through beautiful countryside. There’s good coffee, lunch spots, and Silver Falls a short distance away. Many facilitators come for a single day retreat and end up making it a regular offering.
